How do you access my Instagram?
Through Instagram's official login. You only grant the permissions we need. Want to stop? Disconnect in your Replibo dashboard. To remove the permission too, go to Apps and websites in your Instagram settings.
Does it have to be a professional account?
Yes, it needs to be a professional account (Creator or Business). No Facebook Page needed. If yours is still personal, you can switch for free in a few taps in your Instagram settings.
How much does it cost?
Three plans: Free (100 messages/month, 1 Instagram account), Standard (300 messages/month), and Plus (unlimited messages and up to 2 accounts). Track usage in the dashboard and upgrade anytime.
Can I use it with several Instagram accounts?
It depends on your plan: Free and Standard allow 1 Instagram account; Plus allows up to 2.
What if a comment activates 2 different triggers?
You set each trigger's priority (very low to very high). If two match the same comment, we send the higher-priority one.
Can I get banned for using Replibo?
Replibo accesses Instagram only through Meta's official API. We never ask for your password, and you can revoke access anytime.
Do I need to share my password?
No. You authorize on Instagram's own screen and we never see your password. To stop, just disconnect in your Replibo dashboard.
What if I hit my plan limit?
On Free and Standard, when the monthly quota runs out automated replies pause until the next cycle or an upgrade. On Plus, messages are unlimited.
Have you completed any Meta verification?
Our business completed Meta Business Verification. The app uses the official Graph API; advanced permissions follow Meta's App Review process.
